**What challenges do your clients face in the buildings sector, and how does the SenseOne IoT Platform address them?

In buildings, the main challenges are monitoring energy performance and analyzing and comparing energy consumption with previous periods. At the same time, manual collection and processing of energy data are particularly time-consuming and prone to error. In addition, significant time is required to properly present the results in a way that makes the data actionable.

By using the SenseOne IoT Platform, centralized and reliable information is ensured, significantly reducing the time required to collect and analyze energy data and performance indicators (EnPIs). Process automation enables us to deliver real-time results, while with the help of the AI Toolbox, we forecast energy needs and detect abnormal consumption patterns. Thus, reducing energy waste and the carbon footprint while enhancing overall efficiency.

How does the platform work and what are its main advantages?

Our cloud platform offers advanced capabilities for data collection, analysis, and visualization from multiple sources and metering systems, without the need to install on-premises equipment. It integrates easily with existing systems and visualizes all data on a central dashboard, providing users with immediate access to comprehensive, reliable information and facilitating strategic decision-making for consumption optimization.

It enables real-time monitoring of all measurements and issues alerts for abnormal consumption or other critical events. Additionally, as mentioned earlier, it includes artificial intelligence tools that support energy consumption forecasting and the early detection of deviations, enabling businesses to achieve sustainable, efficient energy use.

We have implemented numerous projects in Greece and abroad, many of which are highly complex and geographically dispersed. All projects are important to us, but what matters most are the benefits our customers achieve—energy consumption reductions of up to 30% and reporting time improvements of up to 80%.
